Email Newsletters: During the time of the pandemic we are requiring all students to sign up for the newsletter as it is our most efficient way of communicating essential information.

I am interested in the following:

*There will be a $75.00 fee per person required upon registration to hold your spot that will be applied to your first month of dance.
We will contact you to determine the appropriate level for your success.
Fusion Dance & Wellness is not responsible for any loss of belongings or injury while on the premises, or while travelling to or from classes or lessons. This applies to regular and /or special events (e.g. practices, party nights, etc) whether held in our studio or other rental locations.
