Youth Classes

Your child will learn a range of fundamental dance principles, including rhythm, musicality, and musical timing using a variety of dance styles, including line dancing, Ballroom and Latin.

Dancing builds self-confidence. It helps children learn to communicate, collaborate and how to interact properly when working with a partner. Dancing involves discipline yet encourages creativity. Children develop their spatial awareness, develop flexibility and increase their listening skills. They will learn to problem solve and to think creatively.  All in a respectful and supportive environment.

These skills will be learned through exposure to European dances: Slow Waltz, Viennese Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Quickstep as well as Latin: Cha Cha, Rumba, Paso Doble and Jive.

2020 Summer Performing Arts Camp

Teen Classes

Dance classes are about so much more than dance. They give teens a chance to feel comfortable and confident in their own body. They gain life-long skills such as dedication, discipline and perseverance. Our safe environment helps them to overcome fears, encourages teamwork and creativity and provides a way to manage stress.

2021 Summer Camp

Our 2020 camp introduced the campers to a range of fundamental performing arts principles, including a variety of dance styles, drama/improv, and prop-making. They built skills in self-confidence, teamwork, public speaking, problem solving and innovative thinking.

The camp concludes with a performance for friends and family on the final day.
